I want to help you achieve your goal in and out of the gym and to do so there are a few things we can add on that go beyond the time we spend together in the gym.
For starters we can actually do a grocery store trip together at your local and preferred stores. Together we can look at your list and see what options are available to you and what will best help propel you further towards your goals - all while meeting your personal criteria.
But what about the food already in your house?
Together we can go through your fridge, freezer, cabinets and where ever else you may have stashed your goodies away. I will not make you get rid of anything. Rather, we will look at why you may want to reconsider having certain items or how it would be possible to still responsibly work them into your diet.
So now we have your food nailed down but you still need to prepare it. But maybe you haven’t cooked much and you don’t feel you have the skills necessary to turn out a complete healthy meal that can still pass a taste test.
I can come and we can work through as many cooking attributes as you would like. We can do everything from how to cut fresh pineapple, trim chicken, flip the perfect pancake and cook your chicken without drying it out.
In addition to cooking individual meals we can discuss what and how to meal prep (and in different ways) for you and anyone else for the coming week.
